One of the worst living celebrity influences has been voted for Kayne West and Miley Cyrus.
AOL's conducted a Poll in which Miley Cyrus topped the poll for a second year with 58% of the vote.
The website targets one of teen star Cyrus's core audiences, 9-15 year olds.
In December in Disney's Hannah Montana named Cyrus,was at the centre of a tabloid scandal when footage of her smoking a bong emerged online.
West came second in the poll, while Britney Spears was third, reports the New York Daily News.
