The starlet wore Cyrus stepped out in flared jeans, a sheer top, a print house jacket with long, floor-length black tassel and one very attractive choker.
The starlet has been keeping a low profile as of late, since the whole salvia disgrace went down, but it appears that she's back in action and ready for the cameras again.
